Ijoined Dyl Constructions in 2021 as part of the Graduate Program. I had the opportunity to do a rotation both on site and in our Washington Office which allowed me to work with a number of people in different departments and make strong networks. Being exposed to a diverse range of experiences and projects within my role has allowed me to continue to develop in my career and has been a huge highlight for me.
